In-Kind Donation to the American Red Cross.

In-kind donations offer businesses the opportunity to give excess merchandise, materials or services while receiving the full benefits of a cash donation.

In-kind donations help the Red Cross fulfill its mission to provide relief to victims of disasters, help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies and provide support services to military members and their families.

The Red Cross is unable to accept small, individual donations of goods or collections of items such as clothing, food, toys, furniture, medical or cleaning supplies. The cost to sort, package and distribute these types of donations is almost always greater than the cost of purchasing the items locally.

Currently, the Red Cross of Southern Nevada has need for the following items.

• Copy Paper
• Highlighters
• Ball Point Pens (Blue, Black, Red)
• &Pencils
• Sharpies
• Dry Erase Markers
• Steno Pads
• Mailing Labels (Avery 5160 or generic equivalent)
• Coffee
• Paper Towels
• Bleach
• Clorox Bleach Wipes
• AA Batteries
